ADHD? Now is the time for realistic expectations...

An excerpt from the article written in ADDitude Magazine…

  1. Get up around the same time each day.

  2. Take your medications and/or supplements.

  3. Get dressed and shower regularly.

  4. Schedule your meals and set a reminder to tell you to eat (and eat at a table).

  5. Find ways to move your body at least once an hour.

  6. Drink plenty of water.

  7. Set specific work times.

  8. Go outside at least once a day.

No matter what you’re doing during this strange experience, make sure to prioritize taking care of yourself and helping your brain to thrive. If you do that, you’ll come out the other side more ready to take on the world!
